Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Lead Architect you will also be working closely with the company’s CTO and a team of .NET Developers on Q4’s next generation SaaS CMS and social media publishing platform.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience developing .NET high traffic and high functionality websites
• A strong understanding and experience developing applications using a MVC model as well as automated test development using TDD
• Demonstrated problem solving and solution building skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for technology and development
• A proven ability to enlist other developers in technical decisions
• A flair for transmitting high standards to others
• Experience in SCRUM methodologies
• Experience developing and managing CMS systems

Project Manager

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the full life cycle implementation of the internal projects following SCRUM/Agile methodology. Working closely with internal project stakeholders to determine and deliver project requirements, budgets and timelines. You will work closely with Sr. Management and manage an internal team of 6-8 developers, as well as working with the technical resources of partner companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience delivering full cycle implementations of web-based enterprise solutions
• At least 3 years of current experience implementing projects in SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Experience implementing CMS is highly desirable
• Preferred Project Management experience with software in the Investor Relations (IR) industry
• Experience implementing 3rd party social media software platforms (such as Telligent or Jive) is highly relevant for this position
• Strong knowledge of social media is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A positive and outgoing, can-do attitude

Inside Sales Rep

Responsibilities:
As a Inside Sales Rep you will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and be responsible for qualifying the high number of sales leads that Q4 processes on a monthly basis. This will be primarily through the phone and email with the objective of passing hot opportunities on to senior sales representatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of telephone sales experience, preferably in an outbound, cold calling sales
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working for a web-based technology solutions or product company
• Knowledge and experience of Salesforce CRM is preferred
• Experience using Social Media and general knowledge of Web 2.0

Client Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Your responsibility as a client account manager is to develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing Q4 clients. This is a “farmer” type role focused on maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction possible. You will work closely with product implementation, support, marketing and sales teams to ensure a timely and quality solutions to our clients.

Social Media Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Reporting to our CEO you will be responsible for creating compelling online content around the Q4 products and client success stories. You’ll be very active in blogging and using social media to both publish content and engage with various stakeholders. In this role, you will be actively developing, launching and driving marketing initiatives by utilizing various website, blog and social media channels.

Customer Support Rep

Responsibilities:
For this job, you will need to learn the Q4 product and be able to provide support for our clients via e-mail and phone. Previous experience with a CMS would be ideal. You will need to have good communication and writing skills, and respond to support tickets in a timely matter. You will need to learn how to prioritize items, and how to escalate issues based on importance. You will also need to be able to give directions and advice on how to add items and other tasks on the site.

Account Managers

We’re looking for experienced account managers to work with our clients on their corporate and investor websites and corporate social media activities.  We’re looking for people experienced in managing website design & development. You need to have at least 5 years experience on the web and be very comfortable with website design & development best practices.

This is a client facing position so you need to be great on the phone, have a professional appearance and be able to present both in person and over the web.

CSS/HTML Web Developers

This position is working alongside our product team on implementing custom web designs to run on top of our on-demand web content management system. We are looking for 2+ years experience in using CSS, HTML, Javascript (jquery) & Photoshop to develop custom websites.  We’re also looking for deep experience in cross browser compatibility solutions (IE. 6,7,8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) a strong work ethic and the ability to work on multiple projects in agile environment.

As part of the recruiting process you will be required to write a number of code tests to ensure your skills are up to par.

Quality Control

We are looking for someone with strong quality assurance background, very good knowledge of cross browser issues and 3 -5 years experience with front-end client interfaces (CSS, scripting, HTTP, Web 2.0, etc). The expectations of this role are to ensure all implementations are executed to perfection and meet 100% of client requirements.

This is an internal role working with product and implementation teams in an agile environment. You will have to be comfortable working on multiple projects and with multiple teams.
