An experienced entrepreneur with a history of successfully starting, building and selling communication based companies. Under Darrell's leadership, Q4 has grown from a startup to a leading provider of on-demand software that helps publicly traded companies increase efficiency and reduce risk related to corporate disclosure and regulatory compliance. An increasing number of North America's largest issuers rely on Q4 solutions to help manage disclosure controls and procedures. In March 2008 Q4 was named one of Canada's Top 25 Up and Coming Software Companies by Branham300 and Backbone magazine. As CEO of Q4, Darrell’s responsibilities include setting priorities, measuring performance, raising capital and recruiting tier-one talent.Prior to Q4, Darrell founded NKaos Interactive Media. One of Canada’s earliest web development and marketing companies, NKaos won numerous marketing awards while developing sophisticated web programs for some of Canada’s largest companies. In 2001, Darrell merged NKaos with a corporate communications firm to form Weave Communications, where he served as President until 2005.Darrell studied Business and Computer Science at York University and has regularly been quoted in Canada’s leading business publications.
