I don’t usually like to post about a post but this is worthy. It appears that Yahoo! Finance has added quite an interesting new feature that identifies companies that are delinquent in submitting their regulatory filings! Wow, it’s not just any kind of investor service that could pull this off - you won’t likely see issuers volunteering this type of information. Check out the full post here:

I have to admit that I used to like Dominic Jones’ blog more [before the launch of his IRDaily service] because of his commentary - but I’m starting to warm to the new format :)
